THERE FOR THE LONG RUN ...

"We first met Victoria through a vacation rental many years ago and told her we were interested in purchasing a property in Santa Fe someday. She kept in touch, checking in regularly, and updating us about the local real estate market. Finally, after seven years of her displaying great patience, we retired and moved here fulfilling our dream. We thought we would need a home the same size as what we had been living in. However, by Victoria listening to our needs including family and travel, she steered us away from buying a large home with a lot of mostly empty guest rooms to a lock-and- leave low-maintenance townhouse that we absolutely love for its location, layout and the lifestyle it affords. It's just what we hoped for and we’re having fun personalizing it, entertaining visitors and traveling worry-free whenever we feel like it. Through every step, Victoria was thorough and called our attention to details we would have otherwise missed, carefully reading and explaining documents and finding extra, unexpected, ways to anticipate our best interests and be helpful through the process.
